album: "Awakening" (2011)

Blessthefall founded in 2003 from Phoenix, Arizona have released several LP’s over the course of their career. “His Last Walk” (2007) having former frontman Craig Mabbit now fronting Escape The Fate, Blessthefall went a whole another direction with the 2009 follow-up ‘Witness” with new frontman Beau Bokan as of 2008. Since his arrival and Mabbit’s departure Blessthefall has moved onward to do relentless touring and of course, writing new material as such their third LP release titled “Awakening” is set for release on October 4, via Fearless Records.
This will be the second album to feature brand new vocals Beau Bokan and first album to have brand new guitarist Elliott Gruenberg. “Awakening” was produced by Michael “Elvis” Baskette who also worked with Blessthefall on their previous release. Following this release the band will embark on the road touring with labelmates Motionless In White, The Word Alive, and For All Those Sleeping will all be appearing on the Fearless Friends Forever tour with Blessthefall as the headliners.

Perbedaan Konsep IPL vs ISL.

Perbedaan Konsep IPL vs ISL.

Konsep IPL yaitu Liga Indonesia berada dalam satu perusahaan (konsorsium), jadi semua
klub dibiayai konsorsium, dengan konsekuensi hasil tiket, hak siar dan lain-lain masuk ke
PSSI (konsorsium, red).
Ini yang mendasari kenapa saham 70% ke Djohar, 30% ke Faried. Hal ini sudah berjalan
pada kompetisi LPI musim lalu, namun bisa dikatakan musim lalu adalah proyek rugi,
kenapa?

Dengan jumlah uang miliaran rupiah yang telah dibagikan konsorsium ke 20 klub LPI
musim lalu, kontrak marquee player, gaji untuk wasit asing, ternyata animo penonton untuk
LPI sangat kurang. Karena sebagian besar adalah klub2 baru tanpa basis supporter yang
kuat, sepi penonton, akhirnya tak laku dijual ke sponsor.
Konsep ini coba diterapkan pada musim ini, dengan kursi kepemimpinan PSSI yang sudah
berada di tangan mereka, konsorsium mencoba menerapkan konsep tersebut di kompetisi
musim ini, tapi terbentur dengan keberadaan klub-klub besar yang sudah berpuluh tahun
berdiri.

Kenapa? Karena klub-klub itu sudah bisa mendapatkan sponsor sendiri, tanpa perlu bantuan
konsorsium. Akhirnya segala cara coba ditempuh PSSI di antaranya,

1. Menggemukan kompetisi menjadi 36 dan setelah banyak mendapat protes menjadi 24,
kenapa kok gak 18 tim aja, sesuai statuta? Ya karena dari 18 tim ISL musim lalu, sebagian
besar bukan 'tim nya konsorsium' artinya nggak balik modal. Akhirnya ditambahlah 6 tim
siluman itu, yang notabene 'timnya konsorsium', atau pesan sponsor.

2. Memergerkan tim-tim LPI dengan ISL, contoh Jakarta FC dengan Persija, ini bisa
dikatakan take over secara halus, karena kita tahu potensi besar Persija dengan The Jak
Mania nya.
Beberapa klub berhasil melawan, hasilnya apa? Timbulah dualisme, Persebaya 1927-
Persebaya Wisnu, Arema M Nuh-Arema Rendra, Persija (Jakarta FC)-Persija Paulus, PSMS
IPL-PSMS ISL dan hampir saja timbul Persib 1933. Klub2 di atas adalah klub-klub besar
dengan basis supporter yang kuat, bisa dibayangkan keuntungan yang didapat oleh
konsorsium?
Tidak ada yang salah dengan konsep konsorsium tersebut, dengan syarat seluruh tim adalah
timnya konsorsium, seluruh biaya dari konsorsium, dengan timbal balik, hasil tiket tidak
sepenuhnya untuk klub, sebagian ke konsorsium, pembagian hak siar, sponsor dan
keuntungan ke konsorsium. Tapi hal ini tidak akan bisa berjalan jika di liga tersebut hanya
sebagian kecil yang mau jadi timnya konsorsium.
Sedangkan konsep ISL, klub cari uang sendiri, cari sponsor sendiri, tapi keuntungan
kompetisi ya balik ke klub (99% klub, 1% PSSI) karena pada konsep ini klub lah yang
berdarah-darah membiayai diri mereka sendiri. Konsep ini yang dianut sebagian besar
kompetisi-kompetisi eropa.

Sejarah teknologi game komputer secara langsung berhubungan dengan perkembangan komputer itu sendiri. Komputer dengan prosesor berkecepatan tinggi, grafis yang lebih dekat dengan realitas, dan media penyimpanan yang lebih besar dimaksudkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam bermain game.Sebelum mulai, pertama kita akan mengerti apa arti dari permainan (game komputer). Game adalah sebuah game interaktif yang membutuhkan komputer untuk bermain. Program komputer menerima masukan dari pemain melalui pengendali dan menampilkan lingkungan binaan melalui layar TV atau monitor.

Game generasi pertama

Pada tahun 1952, di Universitas Cambridge, AS Douglas menulis sebuah tesis untuk gelar PhD-nya pada interaksi antara komputer dan manusia. Dalam tesisnya, ia menciptakan game komputer dari sebuah permainan tradisional yang disebut Tic-Tac-Toe. Permainan ini diprogram dengan tabung vakum komputer EDVAC yang memiliki lapisan tabung sinar katoda (Cathode Ray Tubes).

Kemudian di tahun 1958. William Haginbotham membuat game video pertama. Berbeda dengan Douglas, video game yg pertama ia ciptakan disebut Tenis, untuk kedua kalinya diciptakan dan dimainkan di osciloscope.Tapi game komputer pertama yang benar-benar diciptakan menggunakan komputer sebenarnya Spacewar. Saat itu di tahun 60-an, pada saat komputer bisa di bilang barang mewah. Dan komputer biasanya digunakan untuk tujuan penelitian di militer. Tapi seseorang bernama Steve Russel memiliki minat pada hal-hal lain. Dia dan teman-temannya sangat nge-fan dengan kisah fiksi ilmiah berjudul Skylark karangan Edward E Smith. Dari sana mereka membuat sebuah permainan yang disebut Spacewar. Kebetulan juga, Steve Russel bekerja menggunakan sebuah komputer mainframe bernama MIT PDP-1 yang digunakan untuk menghitung statistik. Dengan komputer,  itulah mengapa dia membuat Spacewar pada tahun 1961.

GAme generasi kedua

Pada tahun 1971, Nolan Bushnell bersama dengan Ted Dabney menciptakan genre game arcade yang pertama. Dinamakan Computer Space, didasarkan pada permainan Spacewar. Pada tahun 1972, Nolan dan Ted memulai dengan Atari komputer. Kemudian ia mengembangkan sebuah permainan yang disebut Pong, game inilah game pertama yang tersedia untuk publik. Karena permainan sebelumnya hanya di komputer mainframe untuk kesenangan sendiri. Asal-usul Pong dimulai saat Nolan ingin membuat game sederhana dan mudah dipahami. Dengan memori dan prosesor kelas mikro rendah, kemampuan pemrosesan yang terbatas dan grafis yang sederhana, akhirnya dia membuat versi elektronik dari permainan ping pong yang kemudian menjadi Pong.

Sebuah selingan sedikit, Pong dan kemudian berkembang menjadi sebuah permainan yang disebut Breakout. Game itu diciptakan oleh Steve Jobs untuk Atari. Dari sana, temannya Steve Jobs dan Steve Wozniak mulai berpikir untuk membuat untuk PC. Kemudian mereka meminjam semua peralatan yang digunakan dalam proyek Breakout dan membuat prototipe bernama Apple I. dan itu adalah cikal bakal komputer Apple Macintosh yang ada saat ini.

Pada tahun 1980, Atari mengeluarkan permainan yang disebut Asteroid dan Lunar Lander. Game kedua adalah game pertama yang tercantum di copyright office dan mandapatka hak paten. Asteroid adalah permainan penuh inovasi baru di grafis. Daripada menggunakan metode raster, vektor grafis dari game ini adalah sebuah garis seperti yang ada di osciloscope.
Pengantar Sistem Komputer Video Atari (Atari 2600) dengan CPU normal dan slot untuk kaset, ke era baru dalam dunia game. Pada tahun 1980 juga menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan penjualan PC digunakan untuk bermain game.

Dan komputer kini bersaing dengan mesin seperti PS atau Xbox konsol. Dan komputer tidak hanya sebagai sebuah mesin untuk tujuan bisnis saja, tetapi juga untuk hiburan seperti game.

2004: Sony PSP memproduksi, resolusi tinggi konsol portabel.

2004: Microsoft menciptakan Xbox 360 bersaing dengan Sony.

2006: Nintendo Wii pemasaran, konsol game revolusioner.

2006: Sony merilis PlayStation 3, konsol canggih tapi mahal.
